Fantasy Premier League is in its final stretch and there are fewer opportunities to haul points before the season ends, more so with just a single game for all 20 clubs in Game Week 35.

However, with rotation being the theme at the halfway stage of the European semi-finals, and some other teams enjoying great fixtures, there is yet a massive potential for differentials to save the day.

With that in mind, FootballCastle will provide the best tips for a successful Game Week 35 ahead of the deadline at 11:00 BST on Saturday 30 April.

Goalkeepers

Nick Pope (£5.4m)

Burnley’s caretaker boss has impressively steered them to seven points in three games, including clean sheets against Wolves and Southampton. Hence a visit to Watford looks encouraging, given they have scored just three times in their last six matches.

Jose Sá (£5.3M)

The 29-year-old ranks sixth for clean sheets in his debut season, and no goalkeeper has made more saves from inside the box than Sá (80).

Wolves next face Brighton who failed to score in three of their last six games, fining the net only five times.

Defenders

Marcos Alonso (£5.5m)

Considering his potential, the Spaniard is a cheap and safe option in the Blues’ defence right now as he delivered a clean sheet, goal and assist for 19 points in DGW34. Although a trip to Everton desperately scraping for points is a daunting prospect, you expect Alonso to continue his attacking form in front of his former manager.

Andy Robertson  (£7.3m)

The Liverpool man has outscored every defender in FPL by at least 16 points in 2022 and his status as a sure starter should see him feature ahead of the second leg against Villarreal with a comfortable lead.

Connor Roberts (£4.4m)

The full-back has been a major force since the shocking managerial change at Burnley and can register points at both ends of the pitch. Watford may pose an attacking threat but Roberts scored a beauty in the win against Southampton and can look forward to a third consecutive clean sheet.

Matty Cash (£5.2M)

Aston Villa face rock-bottom Norwich in GW35 and Cash is an underrated top pick as he sits above Joao Cancelo (76) for tackles with 78 and goals scored with three (Cancelo has one).

The defender is £2M cheaper and should stay in your team for the run-in.

Midfielders

Emile Smith Rowe (£5.7m)

The Arsenal number 10 scored his 10th goal of the season in the last away game against Chelsea and visits West Ham who have been hit hard by injuries and will be rotating for their decisive Europa League tie at Frankfurt.

Smith Rowe is the Gunners’ most frequent goalscorer on average with a goal every 186.4 minutes this season and will be looking to haul in another London Derby.

Martin Ødegaard (£5.6M)

Another Arsenal man in form is Ødegaard who has chipped in with 10 goal involvements this term. West Ham have one win in their last five league games and would be distracted by their European assignment which could give the playmaker plenty of space.

Available at a bargain price, he could be an inspired addition in GW35.

Christian Eriksen (£5.6m)

The great Dane has had three goal attempts and a gameweek-high four chances created for midfielders in GW34. Eriksen has had 13 attempts and taken 12 corners in his last six matches, proving no other player comes close to his level of creativity in his position.

His career record of two goals and five assists against Manchester United make him an eye-catching differential pick this weekend.

Heung-Min Son (£11M)

The South Korean has scored 17 goals this term, behind only Mo Salah, and having netted 16 of those from open play,  Son is the most lethal goalscorer in the Premier League in 2021/22.

Heung-Min Son

The 29-year-old has returned attacking hauls in four of his last five matches against Leicester who will have an eye on their midweek European encounter.

Philippe Coutinho (£7.0m)

The Brazilian has registered six of his seven goal contributions for Aston Villa, at home. Coutinho averages seven points per home match and will be looking to end a recent barren spell against relegation-bound Norwich who have conceded three goals in each of their last two games.

Forwards

Harry Kane (£12.5M)

Tottenham’s key man has scored 18 goals in 17 career outings against Leicester and averages 12.2 points per match during a run of seven hauls in the last eight meetings.

Spurs have gone two games without a shot on target and now look out of sorts, but with 20 goal involvements across the season, Kane is their most likely route to a goal contribution.

Ivan Toney (£6.9m)

The Brentford striker is a man in form with six goals and two assists in his last seven outings. Toney was unfortunate to not find the net in GW34 and now faces Man United who have been particularly vulnerable in defence.

Ivan Toney

Cristiano Ronaldo (£12.2m)

The Portuguese continued to return with the equalizer against Chelsea taking him to eight goals in his last five league appearances. A home tie against Brentford isn’t straightforward given Man Utd’s form, but Ronaldo deserves a spot now that penalty-taking duties are certainly his.

Eddie Nketiah (£5.5m)

The forward has started the last three matches, scoring twice from seven shots and his form means he should lead the line at West Ham. At an eye-catching price, he has returned 15 points from the last two games and a selection rate of 2.2% is brilliant as he and Arsenal look to secure a top-four place.

Ollie Watkins (£7.4M)

Ranking first in the Aston Villa squad for goals scored (eight), Watkins is one of only nine strikers to break the 100-point barrier this season and is a great option when rock-bottom Norwich visit.
